AXON is pleased to announce exciting new updates to kick off Q2 2018. Firstly, Emma Lemon, PhD, has taken on the leadership of the agency’s medical communication’s stream in the London office.

Emma has driven significant new business efforts and led large client accounts and teams since she joined AXON in February 2015.  “I am delighted to become the head of medical communications at AXON London. It is a privilege to lead such a talented group of individuals, and I am really looking forward to working closely with the team to support our continued success.”

Emma is taking the helm of the stream during an exciting month for the agency, which has once again been recognised among the Best Workplaces™ in the UK, following the Great Place to Work® awards ceremony on 25 April. This is the fourth year that AXON has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™. The award reflects exceptional feedback from employees themselves, illustrating the importance the agency’s leadership places on ensuring that AXON maintains its talent-focussed company culture.

The PR Week League Tables also came out this week, and are further testament to AXON’s continued accomplishments. AXON moved up to 27th overall in PR Week’s Top 150 League Tables ranking of UK consultancies and has yet again secured a ‘top five’ spot in the Healthcare Rankings.

“As we look to build on our successes, particularly around creating a great workplace culture and being acknowledged as a leading consultancy, our ‘secret sauce’ comes down to strong leadership and our talented team,“ said Miranda Dini, Managing Partner of AXON London.  “Emma is a fantastic leader of people and a business-builder, and I am extremely pleased to have her leading such an important part of our integrated agency.”
