He creates data-driven programming based upon a rigorous engagement strategy and develops actionable insights from the analytics of these programs. His projects have ranged from comprehensive, multichannel CRM and compliance initiatives, to live, interactive events and technological solutions that educate and enhance communications between his clients and their customers. Most recently, he was responsible for creating and setting strategy for all integrated programming for Medical Knowledge Group’s network of agencies: Synapse Medical Communications, MEI and 81qd. Jeffrey received his BA in business and economics from Skidmore College and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
“In addition to their award-winning work, AXON’s focus on analytics and insights goes beyond what has normally been seen in the healthcare space,” said Jeffrey Freedman. “We are in an enviable position to take lessons learned from our worldwide network, modify them for healthcare, and offer best-in-class practices to create truly unique and innovative data-driven offerings.”
“Jeffrey brings the real-world, practical experience in integrated communications to our relationships with our clients and colleagues,” said Mario Nacinovich, Managing Partner of AXON. “He’s here to leverage our entrepreneurial mindset – to not only encourage new ideas but also to create memorable and measureable digital solutions our clients need and want.”
