Our Story: Investigator and Results Meetings

Clinical Trial Services

Each trial has unique challenges recruiting and retaining patients as well as maintaining site motivation. We work with trial teams to identify the challenges and develop strategic and innovative narratives to help inspire and engage site staff at face-to-face meetings. Understanding and believing that sites and patients must be kept at the center, has helped us to achieve objectives to accelerate recruitment, improve retention and keep sites engaged.

Building a Coalition

Public Relations

The salmon farming industry faces reputational challenges due to perceptions around its environmental impact. Working closely with stakeholders, including the World Wildlife Fund and the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization, we are addressing sustainability issues. This initiative is truly transforming the industry and setting it on a path towards a more sustainable future.

Keeping Site Staff trained and Engaged via E-Learning

Clinical Trial Services

High turnover and varying levels of experience among site staff often results in clinical trial sponsors struggling to keep staff motivated and trial-related data efficiently and accurately completed, particularly during longer-term trials. We developed and implemented an interactive eLearning program to complement the face-to-face training site staff received.

Accelerating Trial Patient Recruitment Through Multiple Channels

Clinical Trial Services

Evolving treatments, a diverse patient population with a progressive disease, and site staff with variable experience all threatened patient recruitment for a global oncology trial. To accelerate recruitment we created a multichannel program of recruitment materials, patient advocacy group outreach, and integrated digital marketing.

Speaker Training For Peer-to-peer Engagement

Medical Communications

Disseminating information about a new therapeutic option into a market is challenging enough. To ensure consistency and quality of communication for one client, we facilitated physician-to-community-based health care practitioner (HCP) education. At the same time, we improved physician-to-physician learning with speaker training initiatives in separate geographic locations and live breakout sessions.
